wellpapa.ca strives to maintain the highest quality standards in printing our products and ensures timely and accurate delivery.

If you wish to request a cancellation, replacement, or refund for any reason, please reach out to wellpapa.ca support at sales@wellpapa.ca and follow our provided guide.

Unable to cancel your order on your own, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to contact us for order cancellations. After this period, your order will be in production and cancellation won’t be possible.

Refunds are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Refer to our Billing T&Cs for more details. Typically, you’ll receive your refund within 5 business days, with additional time possible due to bank processing. Feel free to contact us if the refund takes longer than expected.

To request a replacement item or refund, ensure you meet these conditions:

Customers have 14 days from receiving their item to request a replacement or refund.
Each product is carefully inspected before delivery. However, we offer replacements or refunds for specific reasons, such as product flaws, poor printing quality, significant differences from the presented design, or discrepancies in product type, size, color, or printing content compared to your order.
For personalized products, we’re not liable for compensation due to poor image quality or misspelled custom names.
Lastly, as each order is custom-printed for you, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges based on incorrect fit or preference. Buyers assume all risks in selecting the style and fit of their purchase. To assist you in choosing the right size, we’ve provided a size chart on each product page for your reference.

In cases of damaged, incorrect, or low-quality products, we guarantee a free replacement or refund when:

The design is poorly printed.
You received a different size or product than what you ordered.
Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showcasing the issue.

However, it’s essential to carefully review our size chart before placing an order to ensure a proper fit. Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility if the ordered size doesn’t fit.

If your order is missing or undelivered after 20 business days from the order date, contact us for a free replacement or a full refund. Note that this policy excludes errors made by customers in providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.”

Returns Policy.

At wellpapa.ca, we are dedicated to ensuring that our products maintain high-quality standards and are shipped accurately and on time.

If you wish to request a cancellation, replacement, or refund for any reason, please reach out to us at sales@wellpapa.ca and follow our provided guidelines.

Since your purchase is uniquely printed for you, it is eligible for replacement, return, or refund only under the following circumstances:

  1. The product itself is flawed.
  2. The printing quality is substandard.
  3. The final product significantly differs from what was displayed on the order screen.

Should your purchase meet the specified criteria, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of the delivery date. Make sure to include:

  • Your order number and the email address used during the shipping information registration.
  • Photo(s) of the affected item(s), encompassing a full view and any additional photos aiding issue identification.

PROCESSING TIMELINE FOR REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS, OR RETURNS: Upon approval of your claim, we will either initiate a replacement or process a refund. Approved refunds are handled promptly; however, they may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement based on your chosen payment method.

In the event we request the item(s) to be returned, we will dispatch the approved refund or replacement once we receive the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping, handling, taxes, and any supplementary service charges are nonrefundable.

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be unused and in perfect condition. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not qualify for a refund or replacement and will be considered forfeited.”
